LECTURES DURING THE HOLY MONTH OF MUHARRAM
Bilal Tanga organized Majlises during first 12 days of Muharram 1447 AH in all Sixty-eight (68) Centres under Bilal Tanga, starting from Thursday, 26th June 2025 (01st of Muharram 1447 A.H) upto Monday, 07th of July 2025, (12th of Muharram 1447 A.H.).

Lectures (Majlises) were also conducted at open places such as Tanga-Pangani Bus stand (Tanga), Homboyo Village (Lushoto), Magila Village and Kwamanolo village. These lectures were held at places which do not have Bilal centers and were attended by large number of people who also had opportunities to ask questions and have them answered on the spot.


BLOOD DONATION DRIVE AND VISIT TO HOSPITAL
As in previous years, Bilal Tanga organized blood donation drive in Tanga, Pangani, Maramba and Mkumbara centers. In Tanga center the blood donation drive was carried out on Saturday, 5th of July 2025 at Tanga Regional Referral Hospital (BOMBO Hospital) whereby 105 units of blood were collected in the name of the martyrs of Kerbala. 60 units of blood were collected in Pangani and few units were collected in Maramba and Mkumbara centers respectively.

Bilal Tanga also organized distribution of Powder soap to patients at Bombo hospital.

BILAL TANGA ORGANISES PEACEFUL PROCESSIONS
Bilal Tanga organized peaceful procession on the 9th and 10th day of the Holy Month of Muharram to commemorate the Martyrdom of Imam Husain (as).
Pangani Centre along with 20 other neighboring centres organized a peaceful procession on the 9th of Muharram 1447 A.H. (i.e Saturday 05th of July 2025). Almost 1800 people took part in the procession.

In Tanga Centre the Procession took place on the 10th of Muharram 1447 A.H. i.e. ASHURA DAY (on Sunday 06th of July 2025). Approximately 3000 people took part in the procession.

Similar processions were held in Duga centre, whereby members from more than 20 nearby centres and more than 1800 people participated. Kwemkole and other neighbouring centres took out a peaceful procession whereby more than 700 people took part.
Sakura and other neighbouring centres too out a peaceful procession whereby more than 1000 people took part. Lastly Korogwe and other neighbouring centres took out a peaceful procession whereby more than 1000 people took part.
