SHAWWAL - ZILHAJJ 2026
CONSTRUCTION
As part of its ongoing efforts to improve the operational environment, Bilal Muslim Tanga has continued to enhance infrastructure across its centres. During the past three months, several centres benefited from new construction projects based on their respective needs, as follows:
Mfundo Centre received the construction of three classrooms, one office, and toilet facilities.
Kambini Centre received three classrooms, one office, two teachers’ houses, and toilet facilities.
Maili Nane Centre received the construction of a mosque, three classrooms, one office, two teachers’ houses, and toilet facilities.
Madanga Centre received three classrooms, one office, two teachers’ houses, and toilet facilities.
Kwamkole Centre received the construction of a mosque, three classrooms, one office, two teachers’ houses, and toilet facilities.

BMM Tanga extends its sincere gratitude and appreciation to all donors and supporters whose generosity and commitment made these developments possible. May Allah (S.W.T) reward them for their efforts in this world and the hereafter, Ameen.
GHADEER CELEBRATIONS
As in previous years, Bilal Muslim Tanga celebrated the Grand occasion of Eid-e Ghadeer by organizing various events; Some of the events organized included;
1. FOOTBALL LEAGUE:
A total of eight teams took part in the football competition, which was organized with the primary objective of engaging the youth through interactive sessions held before and after each match. These sessions targeted both players and spectators. To complement the outreach, special Swahili-language booklets were distributed among the audience.
At the end of the Competition, the winners received cash prizes as follows;
First winner - Tsh 200,000/ -
Second winner - Tsh 150,000/-
Third winner - Tsh 100,000/-


2. OPEN MAJLIS:
In addition to the internal Majlis, Bilal Tanga also organized an open (outdoor) majlis to celebrate Eid-e Ghadeer so as to facilitate many people to attend. Muslims of other denominations, government leaders and all Shia schools in Tanga region were invited to attend the Celebrations.



EID UL HAJJ
Eid-ul-Hajj is one of the most significant occasions that brings believers together to celebrate this blessed day. Bilal Muslim Mission Tanga marked the occasion by conducting Eid prayers at its centres as well as at the headquarters. The celebrations also provided an opportunity for believers to reflect on the philosophy and significance of Eid-ul-Hajj, particularly the importance of sacrifice and complete submission to Allah (SWT), as exemplified by Prophet Ibrahim (AS).

TEACHERS' SEMINAR
It is customary for Bilal Muslim Tanga to gather all its teachers in Tanga region for a Seminar every June. The main objective of this seminar is to provide training, guidelines as well as discuss various challenges that Mubaligheens (Teachers) often encounter in their activities, and to find ways to solve them together. A total of 125 teachers from 64 Bilal Tanga centers were able to participate in this 2-day seminar.
