PARTIAL ECLIPSE OF THE MOON

Jamaats in Africa are informed that there will be a Partial Lunar Eclipse on Friday, 28^th August 2026 (15^th Rabiul Awwal 1448 AH). 

The time of beginning of the Partial Lunar Eclipse and the earliest Moonset according to the Jamaats under Africa Federation is as follows:

For Reunion and Mauritius Islands, the moon would have already set before the eclipse begins, hence it will not be visible at all in these areas, Namaaz-e-Ayaat will not be wajib.
