The Federation of Khoja Shia Ithna Asheri Jamaats of Africa (AFED) is inviting tenders from community members for purchase of apartment on Outright scheme at the above- mentioned property as per details below: 

Availability

• 2 units     - 3-bedroom apartment – 166sqm

• 1 unit       - 3-bedroom apartment – 179sqm

• 1 unit       - 4-bedroom apartment – 234sqm

• 1 unit       - 5-bedroom apartment – 329sqm

  
  

The starting price for each apartment is indicated in the application form. The highest Bidder will qualify to purchase the apartment. AFED reserves the right to accept or decline any application.  

Members of the Community interested to purchase the said apartment are invited to collect the official tender form available at the AFED Offices in Dar-es-Salaam at a fee of Tanzanian Shillings Twenty Thousand (T.shs 20,000) from Wednesday 28^th October 2025 (between 9.15 a.m. – 4.00 p.m.) and submit the duly completed form by Wednesday 18^th November 2026 4 00 p.m.

The Envelope should be delivered to the Administrative Office of the Africa Federation located on the First Floor – AFED Tower – Jamhuri/Mwisho Street between 9.15 a.m. to 4.00 p.m. by the stipulated deadline above.
