AFED Annual Solidarity Day Report – 2026

Solidarity Day is an annual initiative of the Africa Federation, commemorating the birth anniversary of the Imam of our time, Al Hujjah Al Mahdi (ATFS). It is marked through a unified expression of compassion and support for the less fortunate within our Khoja community. Observed across all our Jamaats under the Africa Federation, this occasion provides a meaningful opportunity for reflection, empathy, and collective action aimed at uplifting the lives of deserving and vulnerable families.

We are deeply grateful for the unwavering generosity our honorable community has shown over the years and we do also appreciate our Member Jamaats for their tireless efforts in mobilizing participation. Their dedication remains a pillar of strength, giving us confidence in the continued success of this initiative. We pray to Allah (SWT), through the waseelah of Imam Al Mahdi (ATFS), to grant our community barakah, inspiration, and tawfeeqat to continue supporting such noble causes.

The Africa Federation Chairman, Alhaj Amine Nassor and the Office Bearers wish to express their appreciation to the AFED Solidarity Day 2026 Convenor, Br. Mohammed Mussa, along with the Solidarity Ad-hoc Committee members and volunteers who worked diligently to ensure the smooth execution of this project.

Like every year, for the past many years, Alhaj Aunali Khalfan, former AFED Vice Chairman and presently the AFED Ambassador continues to play significant role in enticing community members and donors for their support towards the AFED Solidarity Day fund, we are grateful for his deep commitment and his zeal towards this annual program.

We pray to Allah (SWT) to bless them all with long life, good health, and success in all their endeavours – Ameen.

As in previous years, the funds collected are utilized to support needy and deserving families within our KSI community. This includes assistance for essential needs such as school fees, medical expenses, and other household necessities.

We are pleased to present below the details of this year’s AFED Solidarity Day Fund collection:
