The AFED Capacity Building Board (CBG) had the privilege of conducting a range of enriching programs at the Annual Seminar on Personnel Development, organized by Bilal Muslim Mission of Tanzania (BMMT). The seminar took place from 15th to 21st December 2024 at Al-Hujjat Hall – WIPAHS in Kibaha and focused on enhancing the skills and capabilities of Muballigheen and teachers from Bilal Centres, madrasahs, and nursery schools.

This year’s seminar welcomed participants from various zones across Tanzania, including Coast & South, Central, North, Zanzibar, Mwanza (Lake), Bukoba, Kagera, Tanga, and Tabora.

The sessions aimed to empower participants by fostering a deeper understanding of self-growth, effective teamwork, and strategies for community development, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

Conducted exclusively in Swahili, these programs facilitated better comprehension among participants and enabled them to engage deeply with the concepts presented. The sessions reflected a unique blend of practical skills, theoretical knowledge, and spiritual guidance, all designed to foster personal and collective growth.
