Our mission is to foster faith, nurture a brighter future, and serve humanity through spiritual growth, quality education, and social well-being, guided by the teachings of Islam and the Ahlulbayt (AS). 


We are calling for volunteers to support the growth and unity of our community. Your involvement will play an important role in advancing our initiatives. FOR

 

PROPOSED CONSTRUCTION OF RESIDENTIAL BUILDING ON PLOT NO 512, UPANGA MINDU STREET, ILALA, DAR ES SALAAM


1.  The Registered Trustees of The Federation of KSIJ of Africa invites Contractors to tender for ICT WORKS for the proposed construction of residential building on plot no. 512, Upanga Mindu Street, Ilala, Dar es salaam. 


2.  The Project consists of:

  • 17 storey building with basement

  • The ICT works include CCTV cameras, fire alarm system, internet/intercom system and TV network.

  • This tender is for labour works (Installation) only.


3.  This invitation is open to any

  • Contractor registered with CRB.

  • Experienced with residential buildings i.e. similar type of projects

  • Financially sound

  • Adequacy of equipment


4.  Tender document can be collected from below address from Thursday, 21st August 2025 at cost of Tsh. 200,000/=:

1.  The Registered Trustees of The Federation of KSIJ of Africa invites Contractors to tender for HVAC WORKS for the proposed construction of residential building on plot no. 512, Upanga Mindu Street, Ilala, Dar es salaam. 


2.  The Project consists of:

  • 17 storey building with basement

  • The HVAC works for air condition (AC) supply & installation.

  • For Air condition – Brands Hisense, Samsung, Midea, and etc can be quoted. Also, tenders are requested to suggest other options of AC system for apartments such as VRF and etc.

  • This tender is for supply and install.


3.  This invitation is open to any

  • Contractor registered with CRB.

  • Experienced with residential buildings i.e. similar type of projects

  • Financially sound

  • Adequacy of equipment
