RAMADHAN RELIEF REPORT 1432 AH

rr_report_bmmtz_1With the blessings of Allah (swt) Bilal Muslim Mission of Tanzania managed to distribute throughout its regions the Ramadhan Relief from funds provided by the World Federation, Africa Federation and well wishers from all over the world.

We saw yet again some great contributions flowing from all over in welcoming the Holy Month of Ramadhan with charity for the deserving in providing Iftar for breaking of fasts and food baskets to the faithful. Though, the geographical locations of some of our centres have been a challenge.

With the support and involvement from our Regional Chairmen, the distributions were handled effectively making efforts to reach all of the Centres with either in cash or in kind. Total of 52 Centres of Bilal Muslim Mission in Tanzania were the beneficiaries of this year's Ramadhan Relief program.

It is worth noting that a remote Centre to the south of Tanzania, Newala organised and financed their Ramadhan Relief program by having contributions from their own members and inviting all Muslims to break fasts during the Holy Month of Ramadhan with them.

The Secretariat appreciated their self sufficiency and gifted them on the day of Eid ul Fitr with robes for men and head scarves for women and children. The community has embarked upon projects to develop themselves and be self sufficient to educate their children; Bilal Muslim Mission is assisting to achieve this noble and worthwhile vision.

Below are the details of the distribution of Ramadhan Relief to various centres in Tanzania.
