The Solidarity Day activities within our constituent Jamaats are earmarked to start from 1st to 25th Sha’ban 1436 (20th May to 13th June 2015).

This year, we would request all our Jamaats in Africa to organize a special event of Charity Walk preferably on Sunday, 12th Sha’ban 1436 (31st May 2015), the aim of this event is in two folds, firstly to bring the community members of all age groups together on a common platform under one banner of Solidarity to celebrate the auspicious occasion of the birth anniversary of our 12th Imam, Al Hujjah Al Mahdi (ATFS), secondly to raise funds for a noble cause. Funds raised for this occasion are utilized throughout the year for the needy and deserving members of our community in areas such as education, medical, and other emergency relief requirements.

“Hussein bhai was a dedicated and kind hearted social worker who always had the Community’s welfare at heart.  He served in the various positions in the Community with zeal and devotion and his death has left a big vacuum which will be difficult to fill.

On behalf of my colleagues and myself, I am writing this letter to express our deep sympathies to you, and all the members of the family on this bereavement, which has fallen upon you”.

We pray to Allah (SWT) to grant Marhum maghferat and rest his soul amongst the infallibles - Charharda Masumeen (A.S.) and grant his family solace to bear this great loss.
