This constitution is as amended and adopted by the Extra-Ordinary Conference held in Dar-es-Salaam on 8-9 April 1993 and effective from 1st October 1994; and as amended and adopted by the 20^th Triennial Conference held in Dar-es-Salaam on 11^th April 1998 and effective from the same date; and as amended and adopted by the Extra-Ordinary Conference held in Mombasa on 18^th April 2003 and effective from the same date.
