As per clause 20.3 of the Constitution, Counting of Votes for the election of the President is to be carried out by at least two Executive Councillors appointed by the Executive Council as Returning Officers. Attached is a list of names of Executive Councillors. You may choose three Councillors whom you would like to act as returning officers. The three councillors who get the most votes and are able to be present at the Secretariat to count the votes will be appointed as the returning officers. 

Please send the list of your choice directly to the World Federation by 30 August 2000.
