6. Census of Careers:  For ALL students in Forms 4, 5 and 6 it is important to know the career choice of the Boy & Girl Students.  Although the Jamaat should have details of each student, the Board would like to have a summary of Boy/Girl students in each Form and the careers they would like to pursue.

7. Brief details of financial assistance which may be required by Forms 3, 4, 5 and 6 students:  Give full names; Career Selected; Course Type and Duration; Selected Country; etc for those students who you think would need financial assistance from the Community.  (For your guidance the present costs are US$ 72,000 for 3 year Degree course in UK or a 4 year Degree course in USA; US$ 40,000 or US$ 30,000 for a 3 year Degree course in South Africa or India respectively; US$ 20-25,000 for a 3 year Degree course in East African Countries).

9. Need for further assistance to the students e.g Has the census been prepared?  Has the Career Library been set-up and can it be used by ALL our students?  Are facilities available for the PC and photocopying?  How would the Career Teachers meet as suggest by Br. Aliasghar? etc.

10. Need for further assistance from the Jamaat e.g How to liaise closely between the Jamaats and also between the Schools?  Have the Seminar/Workshop been held and what is the outcome?  How can the Parents assist their children in pursuing further education?

11. Need for further assistance from the KSISC Education Board.  Is an external qualified Career Guidance Expert required?  Do the Schools need an independent External Qualified Inspector?

12. Need for external assistance from WF, NASIMCO, etc:  Do you need any books or any other materials from the our overseas sister bodies?  If yes, provide full details of what is required?

13. How do you perceive KSISC can continue assisting students for further education when repayments are very minimal and thus donors are not keen on supporting the Education Fund?
