Details of the Conference
A. Conference Venue
The conference dates are from 24th - Jan 2003 to 27th Jan 2003.
The venue for 11th JIBA International conference is "Four Points Sheraton" situated at Khalid Bin Walid Road in Bur Dubai. It is very close to the shopping centres of Bur Dubai and therefore convenient and interesting for guests and their families to visit these shopping areas.
The families wishing to visit shopping centres located at a distance or visits to the beach, etc., transport can be arranged provided advance notice is given.
The alternative hotel (for accommodation only) is The London Crown Hotel which is also at a walking distance from the Conference venue. Due to the Shopping Festival, attractive discounts and offers would be available and the airlines usually offer generous baggage allowances to passengers.
Dubai Chapter will also try and organise a dinner cruise to show the delegates the highly decorated Dubai skyline whilst cruising over the Dubai Creek.
B. Accomodation
JIBA-Dubai has negotiated discounted rates for accommodation for its participants to 11th JIBA International Conference. The rates are applicable from "23rd to 26th January, 2003".
Guests are requested to confirm to us latest by 20th December, 2002 with their requirements for accommodation for which bookings are required. 50% advance payment would also be required at the time of confirmation.
In case any guest requires bookings to made for dates prior to 23rd or needs to stay after 26th January, 2003 then the same should also be informed to us latest by 20th December, 2002.

The above rates are per room per night exclusive of 10% taz and 10% service charge.

Visas: Can be processed by the Hotel at the cost of Dhs 180 (Normal) or Dhs 280 (Urgent) per person.

A Souvenir will be published for this conference and will be distributed at the conference venue.

Artwork for Advertisements must be sent to us by e-mail or CD latest by 31st December, 2002.
D. Registration Fees
The registration fees is US$ 50/- for each participant attending the conference. Payment may be made at the conference venue.
E. Agenda
This will be sent to you in due course of time.
Besides the 2 days conference, visits are being planned for our participants to the "Internet City", "Media City", "Free Zones" and offices of Real Estate Agents for information on "Investment in Real Estate Properties of Dubai".
The program for the families of the participants is also being worked out which will enable them to visit various places for shopping and also attend certain interesting events taking place during the Dubai Shopping Festival.
