The Chairman of the Africa Federation Alhaj Zulfikar Khimji is scheduled to travel to Iraq on Saturday 16^th November 2002 and will inshallah meet our Marja Ayatullah Seestani on Monday 18^th and Tuesday 19^th November 2002 at his offices in Najaf. 

Momineen wishing to submit their hukook payment and who require a receipt from the Marja may take this opportunity to submit their payments and notify the Secretariat accordingly.  The Chairman on his return shall inshallah bring along the receipts which shall than be handed over to the concerned.
