92^ND CHINA EXPORT COMMODITIES FAIR.

A trip organized by the Golden Crescent Group - Nairobi District

FLIGHT INFORMATION FOR PARTICIPANTS JOINING THE G.C.G – TRADE DELEGATION FOR THE FIRST PHASE OF THE TRADE FAIR.

The G.C.G trade delegation will arrive in Dubai on TUESDAY 15^TH OCTOBER 2002 at 12:30 a.m. The connecting flight for Hong-Kong is on the same day, at 02.55 a.m.

The delegation will be flying to Hong-Kong by EMIRATES FLIGHT NO. EK380 scheduled to arrive in Hong-Kong at 14:50 HRS (Hong-Kong local time) and not at 12:30 p.m. as mentioned in our previous circular.

We understand that the last train going to Canton is at 15:30 hrs (Hong-Kong time) in that case, after clearing from the airport, we shall hire a bus from the airport and proceed to Canton.

As a precaution, those participants flying directly to Hong-Kong using different airlines and due to some reason, fail to meet the G.C.G trade delegation at the airport, are advised to take the following measures, as we understand that there is no train, going to Canton after 15:30 hrs.

Ø On the same day, from Dubai, there is another EMIRATES AIRLINE flying to Hong-Kong via Bangkok (FLIGHT NO. EK-382) scheduled to arrive in Hong-Kong at 17:30 (Hong-Kong local time). We wish to inform participants flying EK-382, that by the time they clear from the airport it will be around 19:30 hrs (Hong Kong time) and might not be able to get appropriate transportation facilities to reach Canton the same day. Therefore, we advise that they spend that night in Hong-Kong and proceed to Canton the following day (i.e. Wednesday 16^th October 2002.)

There are very many buses going on different routes from the airport. After clearing from the airport, please ensure that you take the correct bus heading for CHUNG-KING MANSION – NATHAN ROAD – KOWLOON. Alight at the CHUNG-KING MANSION, which is next to SHERATON HOTEL.

You will find many other hotels situated in the vicinity. Incase, you are unable to get a room at the hotels, then next to CHUNG-KING MANSION is MIRADOR MANSION.

At MIRADOR MANSION there is a guesthouse offering rooms at affordable prices and participants can spend a night there.

Halal Food should not be a problem since, there are many Muslim restaurants located on the ground and first floor of the CHUNG-KING MANSION.

Participants can purchase their train tickets from Alvi travels. Alvi travels are located at the CHUNG KING MANSION-NATHAN ROAD, FIRST FLOOR and the person to contact is MR. ALVI.

Alvi travels will also direct participants to the correct railway station where they will be able to board the train destined for Canton.

Al-Haj Zulfikarbhai will be the official representative of the Golden Crescent Group and in case of any difficulties, all enquiries should be forwarded to him.

This being the first trip ever organized by the Golden Crescent Group - Nairobi district at an international level, please bear with us for any shortcomings that may occur during the trip. We take this opportunity to thank you all for making this project successful.
