WILADAH OF SAYYIDAH ZAYNAB (AS)…

 

 

 

 

 

Bilal Comprehensive School children celebrate the Wiladah of Sayyidah Zaynab (as) by having a variety program in two sessions.

 

The Lower Classes gathered in the hall before Break - time and had a program of Qasida and utenzi followed by activities.

 

The children learnt about Bibi zaynab (as)’s relation to her family members through matching and colouring activity while the elder ones had fun looking for answers to simple questions from a word search quiz.

 

 

The Upper Classes session was held at the salaah time and this was focusing on things given importance to by Bibi Zaynab (as).

 

There was debate by students on “Hijab is important at at social level”. Girls proposed the motion whereby boys opposed it. The debate was concluded with the verse of suratun Nur on hijab.

            

 

Another item was “The importance of HIJAB” using fruits and vegetables as visual aids to explain how Allah has given a covering to non living things to protect them. These non living things lack intellect and so Allah has placed a covering for them whereby a woman is blessed with intellect and so Allah has left her free to understand and wear HIJAB for her own protection and security.

 

                      

 

Both sessions turned out to be educative for the students.
