As in the past years, Insha-Allah, Muharram Majalis in Kiswahili will be arranged at the Bilal hall, Mombasa, and at various Bilal Centres in the Rural areas.

Muminin may sponsor or contribute towards the Niyaz, Sabil, Majalis functions; distribution of books /pamphlets for the Isaale thawab of their beloved departed ones.
· The majlis project cost is estimated to be Kshs. 500,000.00 Sponsorship for one night majlis is kshs. 3,400.00 (£ 30 / $ 45)
· Special Radio Programmes are being planned for broadcast on local FM Radio and on Ashura night on National Radio at a cost of Kshs. 350,000.00 To sponsor Muharram radio programmes in local FM radio station cost per night is Kshs. 15,000.00 (£ 130 / $ 200) Sponsorship of the Ashura night radio programme on National Kenya Radio station is Kshs. 170,000 (£ 1,478 / $ 2,267)
· Husayn Day to be convened in the form of a Seminar for Secondary school students costing KShs. 250,000.00 (£ 2,174 / $ 3,333)
The overall cost of the project will amount to (KShs.1,100, 000/-)
