 Leadership Training Programme for Imams of Masjid

in the Rural Centres
 

An incredibly successful Leadership programme was organized on 25th April 2007 at Bilal Hall, Mombasa in which all 15 Imams / Persons in-charge of our Centres in the Rural areas participated.

 

The Theme of the Programme was:

  • Empowering/Capacity Building of
    leadership & management skills.

  • Invocation for solidarity & redeeming /
    reinforcing of spiritual faith.

  • Accountability and Feasibility

 

The participants were taken through the following sessions. 

  • Commitment & Dedication by presenting Qur’anic Ayahs on Tabligh.

  • Mobilization of Community / School.

  • Leadership / Management Skills.

 

The workshop trained the participants to lead and manage the Madrasahs and schools in the Rural Centres.  

They were also assigned with practical work to be done at their centres that would involve Team work. 

 

Finally, the programme ended by reviewing through the session’s presentation and recalling the positive achievement of objectives of this training programme.
