 69^th SUPREME COUNCIL SESSION - 2009 - DAR-ES-SALAAM

 

The 69^th Supreme Council Session of the Africa Federation was held on Sunday 8^th November 2009 in Dar-es-Salaam.  This Emergency Session of the Supreme Council was convened to deliberate on the World Federation Triennial Conference and Presidential Elections 2009 and find a Way Forward.

 

The Session was attended by the Office Bearers, Elected Councilors, Nominated Councilors and Invitees to discuss the Agenda for the meeting.

 

The Agenda was:-

World Federation Triennial Conference and Presidential Elections 2009 – Report and Way Forward.

 

The following resolution was passed at the Session

 

It is hereby resolved at the 69^th Session of the Supreme Council of the Africa Federation held in Dar-es-Salaam on the 8^th November 2009, to ask that the Executive Council of the World Federation of KSIMC to call an executive Council meeting of the World Federation to solely deliberate convening an Extra Ordinary Conference within the next 120 days as required by clause 9.2 of the constitution of the World Federation. The Agenda of the said Conference will be to reconsider all the business that was conducted at the Toronto Conference in particular to the election of the Office Bearers and Councilors at this conference.

 

The Federation will accordingly write to the World Federation submitting the above Resolution.
