At the Sports Council Meeting held in Arusha during the 64^th Supreme Council Session, it was unanimously agreed by all Board Members that an extension be given to all Jamaats for submission for nomination of Sportswoman of the Year 2005, which will be known as the “Late Zulfikar Khimji Trophy” 

Jamaats are therefore being requested to submit their nomination for this award by 30^th June 2006 by completing the enclosed Form. 

Jamaats are urged to submit nominations for the First Ever Sportswoman Award in Africa, by the specified deadline to enable the Sports Council review all the nominations and adjudge the winner to be announced during the Wiladat of Bibi Fatema (a.s.).  

Kindly place this circular together with the Form on both the gents and Ladies Notice Board.
