On behalf of members of Arusha Jamaat, the Organizing Committee of the 23^rd Triennial Conference and 65^th Supreme Council Session welcomes all the participants to Arusha.

The Committee is making all necessary arrangements to make the Conference a success and your stay as comfortable as possible and look forward to your maximum co-operation.
 

Accommodation: Participants are requested to complete and submit the Participation Data Form to the Organizing Committee. 

The Costing for the accommodation for the participants shall be

v      US$ 100.00 per person sharing for Three Nights.

v      US $ 285.50 per person single for Three Nights.

v      US $ 187.50 supplementary for non-participant sharing with a participant for Three Nights.

v      US $ 186 per child (under 12) sharing  for Three Nights

Participants who will require pick up facilities on arrival should notify the Organizing Committee of the same with full details.

Venue - Nguruduto Mountain Lodge: The lush vegetation and the magnificent views of the snow capped Mt Kilimanjaro and the looming Mt Meru, right in front of the lodge, is an absolutely awesome sight. This lodge is ideally located between Arusha town and Kilimanjaro International Airport, 27 km either way.

Weather: With the expected rains, the weather in Arusha during the Conference is expected to be wet and cool; participants are therefore requested to bring along warm clothes.
