The 23^rd Triennial Conference of the Africa Federation will insha’allah be held from Friday 6^th April 2007(17^th Rabi-ul-Awwal 1428).

Pursuant to Article 13 of the Constitution of the Federation of K.S.I. Jamaats of Africa which states that:

“At least four months before the date set for an Ordinary Conference, the Honorary Secretary shall invite Constituent Jamaats to nominate in writing within 45 days a candidate for the post of chairman for the ensuing term of three years.

Before nominating its candidate, the Constituent Jamaat shall seek a written consent of the person whose name is to be nominated.”

We therefore hereby request Jamaats to nominate a candidate of their choice for the post of the Chairman of the Federation of Khoja Shia Ithna-Asheri Jamaats of Africa for the term 2007 to 2010.

Nominations should reach the Secretariat within 45 days of the date of this notice (20^th January 2007)
