THE FEDERATION MOURNS THE DEATH OF
MAALIM AHMED ISSA HASHAM – DAR-ES-SALAAM
DEATH OF AN ALIM IS THE DEATH OF THE WORLD

 

The Africa Federation has learnt with sorrow the sad and sudden news of the death of Marhum Maalim Ahmed Issa Hasham which occurred in Dar-es-Salaam on Saturday 2^nd February 2008 24^th Muharram 1429. 

The Africa Federation extends its heartfelt condolences to the family of the Marhum and all members of the Community. 

Maalim began serving the Community in Zanzibar and continued rendering his service in different religious activities in Dar-es-Salaam.  He was instrumental in the establishment of the Tabligh Sub Committee of Dar-es-Salaam Jamaat. Maalim’s contribution to the Community has been immense and his death has left a vacuum which will be difficult to fill.  

We pray to Allah (s.w.t.) to grant Marhum maghferat and place his soul in the proximity of Chaharda Masumeen (a.s.) and grant us all solace to sustain this loss. 

Let us remember the Marhum with Sura-e- Fateha.
