67th SUPREME COUNCIL SESSION & EXTRA ORDINARY CONSTITUTIONAL CONFERENCE – DAR-ES-SALAAM 

21ST TO 23RD MARCH 2008        

 

ORGANIZING COMMITTEE AND ACCOMMODATION

 

The following have been appointed as the Organizing Committee for the 67th Supreme Council Session & Extra Ordinary Constitutional Conference to be held in Dar-es-Salaam from 21st to 23rd March 2008.

Accommodation:

 

Markham Executive Suites: Located at the Mayfair Plaza, a posh area of Dar-es-Salaam and having Banks, Supermarkets, Shopping Malls, a Hospital within the vicinity adds much value to the already valuable suites and facilities available.

 

The Meetings will be held at the Tanzanite Ball Room which is within the Mayfair Plaza

 

The Costing for the accommodation for the participants shall be

v      US$ 100 per person sharing for Three Nights.

v      US $ 220 per person single for Three Nights.

 

All participants are requested to complete the attached Form and submit to the Organizing Committee as per the Email addresses given in the Form with a copy to the AFED Secretariat.

 

Participants who will require pick up facilities on arrival should notify the Organizing Committee of the same with full details.
