They delivered lectures to the members of our community at our Imambarghah, being the occasion of Milad-un-Nabii (SAWW) at night; the attendance was very good, followed by a question and answer session and on Friday, 6th April, “Cardiac Camp” was organized by the Arusha Medical Board at our Arusha Dispensary and 30 patients were screened and advised, some patients traveled all the way from Moshi to participate. The two Consultants also attended the CHB session at the 23rd Triennial Conference of the Federation of K.S.I. Jamaats of Africa at Ngurudoto Mountain Lodge in Arusha. The lodge is located within a lush coffee plantation with magnificent views of the snow capped Mt. Kilimanjaro and the looming Mt. Meru, right infront of the lodge giving an absolutely awesome sight, especially for the visitors. |

After the Arusha Conference, the Arusha Jamaat organized a special trip to the world famous Ngorongoro Crater and Wildlife Safari for the two consultants. From 9th up to 12th April the two consultants were in Mombasa, whereby they provided the same services to the members of our community and the general public at Mombasa Hospital. We would like to thank Mr. Abbas Nasser of Mombasa Hospital for obtaining the necessary permissions and organizing the camp in Mombasa. They are a number of heart patients in our community in Mombasa who were looking forward to this camp. |
