CHB NEWS FLASH

A joint CHB and K. S. I. Jamaat of Bukoba health screening program carried out in Bukoba from 2nd to 3^rd September 2006, at which 83 people from both genders participated.
 

Sis. Sofia Bharwani delivered lectures in the ladies section and Dr. Iqbal Ali in the gents section following the Health Checkup. The attendance was overwhelming.  

Following the analysis of the tests at Ebrahim Haji Health Centre in Dar Es Salaam, Dr. Aliasgher Esmail traveled to Bukoba with the reports and carried out consultations with all the participants and advised them on various precautions needed. CHB wishes to thank the Bukoba Jamaat for their hospitality and especially Mr. Shabbir Hussein Khalfan, the Vice President of the Bukoba Jamaat who is also the CHB Representative in Bukoba for his devotion and tireless efforts for making this exercise possible. Our thanks also to the two doctors and Sis. Sofia Bharwani for their commitment to promote health care in our community.
