The Milad un Nabii celebrations organized by the KSI Jamaat Arusha Community members in collaboration with Bakwata (The Muslim Council of Tanzania), Arusha Branch were held on 23rd and 24th December 2015.
 
The Program included a Zafa’a (procession) which started at 04.30 p.m. to 6.00 p.m. on 23rd December 2015 wherein members from different faiths participated in the procession.

AL MAHDI COMPLEX ARUSHA 

 

 

RE: SALES OF FLATS AT AL MAHDI PROJECT ARUSHA
 
The Arusha Jamaat has embarked on a 13 storey housing project and offers for sale a total of 21 three bedroom flats and one penthouse. The building is about 100 metres from our mosque and right in the centre of the business district.
 
20 flats of each 191sq.m. 
 
One flat on the 12th floor with a built-up area of 191sq.m. And an additional uncovered terrace of 191sq.m. 
 
The 13th floor Penthouse with an area of 191sq.m. 
 
Two lifts, a standby generator and a bore-hole with ground storage tank will be part of the project.
 
The entire outside shell structure has been completed and the blockwork and finishes is expected to commence soon the projected date of completion is June 2016.

Visit to KSIJ-Kinshasa by Students from The American School of Kinshasa (TASOK)

On Tuesday, February 10, 2015, Grade 7 students from The American School of Kinshasa paid a visit to our mosque in order to increase their knowledge about our religion. These students were learning about the religion of Islam in one of their subjects at school and requested to visit our mosque to gain a deeper understanding of our religion and to observe the way we pray. Their purpose of the visit was to learn more about Islam, and we took this opportunity to spread the message of Islam and to clear misconceptions many people around the world have associated with this religion.

Arusha Jamaat Members Organizes Charity Walk For The Africa Federation Solidarity Day Fund Raising

The AFED Solidarity Day has been chosen by Africa Federation many years ago as a special day to bring about awareness on the plight of the needy in our community while we celebrate the auspicious occasion of the birthday of Imam of our time, Al Hujjah Al Mahdi (ATFS).
 
For the third year consecutively, the Arusha Jamaat successfully organized a Solidarity Charity Walk, on a cool bright morning of Sunday 7th June 2015 starting from 8.30 am.
