The Africa Federation Golf Competition dubbed the 'Tuwasiliane Festival' was hosted by the KSI Jamaat of Moshi and Arusha on 2nd and 3rd February 2013. This was the first Festival in which a competition of AFED was played on two venues, which was an exciting challenge for the organizers, and a wonderful retreat for the Golfers.

The Festival provided a platform for interactive communications and exchanges between the 41 Golfers who took to the golf courses of Moshi (TPC) and Arusha (Arusha Gymkhana Club).  Old golfers met with their counterparts from East Africa, junior golfers met for the first time, while the not so old, not so young golfers met with hugs, all preparing for some good golf on the two courses.
