The Organising committee also intends to depending on the response, have some activities for the ladies. 

While there will restriction on the maximum number on players allowed per team, events like Tennis, Squash, Golf and Swimming will be allowed to register additional participants, who will be slotted in individual competition.  

During this Festival, the Organising Committee is proposing to avail playing kits and tracksuits to all the participants. These kits will be handed over to the respective teams upon their arrival. 

The charges for each participant for this festival will be
Participation     - US$ 100.00 
Kit                    - US$    50.00
Insurance          - US$   15.00
There will be additional Charge for Golfers which will be - US$ 100.00

Therefore for each participant the cost will be US$ 165.00.
For Golfers the cost will be US$ 265.00 each.

The facilities will include
-          Transfer to and from the Airport or Bus-port (whichever is applicable) to residence.
-          Accommodation during the tenure of the Festival
-          Meals during the tenure of the festival
-          Transfer from Residence to the Sporting Venues and Back.
-          Playing Kit (Clothing only) for respective sports
-          Personal Injury Insurance. 

Every participating Jamaat shall be required to have their team list duly endorsed (In form of an Official RUBBER STAMP or SEAL with office bearers signature over it) confirming that the participants are recognized by the respective Jamaats as Shia Ithna Asheries and members of their Jamaat. Any discrepancies in this respect shall be handled by the disputes committee of the KARIBU FESTIVAL.   

Whilst we shall endeavour to avail reasonable facilities, any one who would like to have alternate arrangements, would have to make the request and we shall do our best to accommodate the request. The costs of which shall be borne by the individual. At the same time, this will not absolve any participant from being levied the above charges.

Finally, as you will appreciate, organizing an event of this magnitude requires a lot of effort and detail; we would urge you to respond as per the deadlines.

The Organising Committee is intending to introduce Boules this year round, and will have Madagascar see us through the ropes. We shall be hoping to have this sport added as a regular sport from the forthcoming Festivals.
