REMINDER 

NOMINATION OF DELEGATES FOR THE WORLD FEDERATION TRIENNIAL CONFERENCE AND AMENDMENTS TO THE WORLD FEDERATION CONSTITUTION – DUBAI – OCTOBER 2003

With reference to our Circular JMT/185/03 of 18th June 2003, this is to request Jamaats to submit names of delegates who will be able and willing to represent the Africa Federation at this Conference.  

We are suggesting that Jamaats submit names as per their population. We are proposing that for every 1000 persons in the Jamaat, the respective Jamaat submit one name.  

Jamaats are requested to submit names by Monday 8th September 2003
