APPOINTMENT
OF THE VICE CHAIRMAN
OF
THE AFRICA
FEDERATION
The Secretariat has great
pleasure to announce that the Chairman of Africa Federation Alhaj Zulfikar Khimji has
declared Alhaj Mahomedraza Mohamedhassan Khamis
of Antananarivo Madagascar as the Vice Chairman
of the Africa Federation from the Indian Ocean Islands for the remaining term of Office.
Alhaj Ramzanali Mulla Nanji of Nairobi
continues as the Vice Chairman from Africa mainland.
This is further to the amendments made
to the Constitution of the Africa Federation at the Extra-Ordinary Conference held in Mombasa, Kenya on Friday 18th April 2003, whereby Article 15 a. and b. of the
Constitution allows the Vice Chairman from Regional Council to be appointed under the
rules of the Regional Council.

congratulate Alhaj Mahomedraza Mohamedhassan Khamis on his appointment and welcome him to
the Office Bearer’s team.
