Further to the Resolution moved by the Dar-es-Salaam Jamaat and the subsequent appointment of Alhaj Munawer Dhanani as the member to represent the Secretariat on this Sub Committee, the Secretariat hereby requests all Jamaats to submit the name of their representative for this Sub Committee for representation at the meeting to be convened in Arusha, from 30^th May to 1^st June 2003 to: 

1.       Formulate the Terms of Reference for the Tabligh Board of the Africa Federation.

2.       Deliberate on the Year 2003 Tabligh Report of the Africa Federation and add, amend, or delete part or whole of the said Tabligh Report.

Please forward the name of your representative to the Secretariat by Wednesday 21^st May 2003.
