L O A N S The
Secretariat of Africa Federation wishes to inform members of the Community who intend to
apply for Business/Housing Loans that all applications will have to be recommended to the
Africa Federation by the respective Jamaat of the applicant. The loan
upon approval will be disbursed by the Secretariat to the applicant’s respective
Jamaat who will be responsible to disburse the loan and collect it from the applicant. The Africa
Federation will make its claim from the respective Jamaat and not the applicant when the
repayment becomes due. BARKAT
