EXTRA-ORDINARY CONFERENCE

DRAFT CONSTITUTION

Further to our Circular JMT/144/03 of 25^th February 2003 giving notice for the Extra-Ordinary Conference and our Press Release of 10^th March 2003, the Secretariat is pleased to attach the draft amended constitution to be deliberated upon at the Extra-Ordinary Conference in Mombasa, Kenya to be held on 18^th April 2003 as proposed by the constituent Jamaats of the Regional Council.
