Additional discounts are available as follows:
Confirmed bookings of 15 rooms with 50% down payment as commitment fee – 7.5%
Confirmed bookings of 25 rooms with 50% down payment as commitment fee – 10%
Confirmed bookings of 30+ rooms with 50% down payment as commitment fee – 15%

The Easter period will probably be very busy for the hotel, so it would be advisable that bookings be made and confirmed well in advance.

PRIVATE ACCOMODATION:
Participants who wish to have home/private accommodation are requested to inform the Mombasa Jamaat Secretariat and  copy their request to the Africa Federation Secretariat well in advance.

The Session will be held at the Mulla Asgher Memorial Hall.
