The Africa Federation Youth Network (AYN) in collaboration with the Education Board (EBS) the Tabligh Board (AFTAB) and the Youth Affairs of Dar es Salaam Jamaat is organizing A Student Orientation Program for prospective students from our Member Jamaats proceeding for Higher Education in the year 2015. Students currently doing their “O” and “A” Levels can also attend this Program.
This program is aimed at providing students with spiritual, social and educational aspects of Tertiary/Higher Education. The program will be conducted by experts in their specialized fields and will be facilitated by the Capacity Building Group (CBG) of the Africa Federation.
Following are relevant details:
Date: Saturday and Sunday 1st – 2nd August 2015.
Venue: KSI Jamaat of Dar es Salaam Imambargha (1st floor)
Timings: 8.30 a.m. – 5.30 p.m. (With Namaz and Lunch Break)
Participants: Students from Member Jamaats under AFED who are planning to
proceed overseas for further Education
Participation fee: US $ 25
- Sheikh Nuru/Dr Alidina – religious aspect of university life
- Zeenat Thawer – Academic aspect of university life
- Akash Karia – social aspect of university life
For upcountry participants, accommodation for three (3) nights at Dsm Jamaat Musafarkhana will be provided and, return bus fare will be reimbursed upon production of the bus ticket/receipts.
